Altris is an FDA-cleared (510(k)) ophthalmic data-management system, a research-oriented platform designed to assist with OCT image review and analysis through AI-based image-processing tools for fluid-related feature characterization.
Quantitative, image-derived measurements of each fluid feature, including estimated area and volume, with spatial information displayed on ETDRS-style grids and B-scan views.
Visualization of imaging features commonly associated with fluid-related retinal conditions, such as choroidal neovascularization, neovascular AMD, diabetic retinopathy, CME-like patterns, DME-like patterns, CRVO-associated findings, CSCR-like changes, epiretinal surface alterations, and PCV-associated patterns.
Provides longitudinal review tools to observe changes in fluid-related imaging features over time.
For research use only. Not for diagnostic or clinical decision-making.
Platform overview
Only practical features for eye care specialists research
The security of patients’ data is our top priority: we are GDPR compliant, all data is encrypted, CE-certified, and FDA-cleared (510k).
The Fluid Volume Progression feature provides tools for research-oriented review of OCT imaging data to observe changes in fluid-related imaging features over time. Quantitative, image-derived measurements can be viewed using visualizations such as percentages, maps, and graphs.
- Automated estimation of fluid-related feature volumes to support efficient image-review workflows.
- Objective, quantitative measurements of fluid-associated imaging features for research and analytical purposes.
- Visualization of changes in fluid-related features over multiple visits through standardized maps and graphs to support longitudinal analysis.
For research use only. Not for diagnostic or clinical decision-making.
How Altris Works?
And what's the value of using it for fluid studies?
Altris is a web-based platform developed by professionals with expertise in retinal imaging. The system is built using a large collection of OCT scans, thousands of which have been manually annotated for research and development purposes. These data support AI-based image analysis tools that can:
